CLUB INFORMATION:
The IGNITE PHOTOGRAPHIC CLUB has been established as a virtual club with meetings being conducted mainly via Zoom. We are a proud member of the Photographic Society of South Africa! All photographic submissions are done via the PHOTOVAULT platform
We do not have predetermined “Set Subjects” and instead challenge ourselves through assignments set by the Masterclass presenters every alternate month
MEETING TIMES:
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME & MASTERCLASS ASSIGNMENT REVIEW SESSIONS
These are held at 7pm on the 2nd Monday of the month via Zoom
MASTERCLASS LECTURES & IMAGE SHOWCASE REVIEW SESSIONS (ALTERNATING BETWEEN THE TWO EACH MONTH)
These are held at 7pm on the 3rd Monday of the month via Zoom
ANNUAL FEES:
The IPC calendar year runs from 1 January until 31 December. Fees are due by the first club meeting in January for the club calendar year. Members who have not paid timeously will not be allowed to submit work for neither skills evaluation nor image review.
FEES: R500 per annum - should a member join after 1 July, then R50 per month is payable for the rest of the club year

IPC CONSTITUTION DOCUMENT
The constitution document defines the existence of our club and regulates the structure and control of this entity and its members.

HOUSE RULES
The House Rules cover various aspects of how the club, its council and its members work together, including how decisions are made and accountability assigned, to how competitions are conducted as well as to how members conduct themselves. It helps drive consistency among members and avoids conflict based on different interpretations of how the club is run.
